How to sleep properly?

I've been feeling constantly fatigued despite getting enough hours of sleep, and I think my sleeping habits might be wrong. What's the actual correct way to sleep properly to feel rested and healthy?

To sleep properly, a cool, dark, quiet room is essential. Try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule, even on holidays. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals close to bedtime. And if you're really struggling, a warm bath or some light reading can help you relax.

Haan, this is the big question, na? For me, the trick is fixed bedtime, even on weekends. Aur phone ko toh dur rakhna padta hai sone se pehle. Thoda stretching bhi kar leta hu kabhi kabhi. Works like a charm.

Listen, for years I thought my bad sleep was normal, just 'stress'. Turns out it was affecting my health in other ways. If you're consistently not sleeping well, it's not normal. Please, go get a checkup. Don't make my mistake of ignoring persistent sleep issues.

In our busy lives, proper sleep is a luxury. I try to optimize by sticking to a strict sleep-wake cycle, even if it's just 6-7 hours. Blue light filters on devices after 7 pm, and a quick 10-minute meditation helps unwind. Consistency is key, not necessarily quantity.

Girl, don't stress too much about 'properly' sleeping, just focus on what helps you relax! For me, it's a cup of chamomile tea and maybe some light music before bed. And seriously, no phone in bed. It makes a huge difference. You got this!
