How to sleep on your side?

I've heard that sleeping on your side can sometimes be bad for your shoulders or face. I prefer sleeping on my side, though. Is there a specific way I should be positioning myself?

Sleeping on my side? That's my default, but then I wake up with a numb arm! Haha. Seriously though, a good, firm pillow between your knees helps align your hips and back. And make sure your head pillow is thick enough to fill the gap between your head and shoulder.

I used to get terrible shoulder pain from side sleeping. What actually worked for me was getting a really thick, contour pillow for my head, and critically, a body pillow to hug and put between my knees. It supports everything and stopped me from twisting my spine.

Yaar, side sleeping is my go-to. The biggest hack is a pillow between your knees; it actually keeps your hips aligned and prevents back pain. Also, your head pillow should be thick enough so your neck isn't bending downwards or upwards, keep it straight.

Sleeping on your side is like being a human prawn! Just kidding. But seriously, the key is to keep your spine as straight as possible. A pillow between your knees is like a comfy little hug for your hips. And don't forget a sturdy pillow for your head, no flimsy ones!

I used to feel so restless trying to find a comfortable side sleeping position. My arm would go numb, my hip would ache. It can be really frustrating when something so natural feels so difficult. Finding the right pillow for between the knees and for the head was a struggle, but it does make a difference.
