How to sleep on your back?

I'm usually a side sleeper, but I've heard sleeping on your back is better for posture and wrinkles. I tried it a few times, but I just can't seem to fall asleep. Any advice for learning to sleep on my back?

Yaar, back sleeping is actually the best for your spine, but getting used to it is hard. Main toh ek chhota sa pillow ghutnon ke neeche rakhta hu, usse lower back ko support milta hai. Try karke dekho, it helps a lot.

Sleeping on your back is generally recommended for spinal alignment. However, if you have existing back or neck pain, or conditions like sleep apnea, this position might not be suitable or could exacerbate issues. Always consult a doctor or physiotherapist for personalized advice to ensure it's safe for you.

Ho na, peeth ke bal sona difficult hai pehle. Ek thin pillow use karo sar ke liye, aur ek small roll towel ya pillow ghutno ke neeche rakho. Isse spine straight rehti hai aur back pain bhi kam hota hai. Try this.

Back sleeping is great for your posture! Just make sure your head pillow isn't too thick and maybe put a small pillow under your knees for extra comfort. You'll wake up feeling refreshed! ✨

Back sleeping is often advocated for spinal health. The ideal setup is a medium-firm mattress and a flatter pillow that supports the curve of your neck without tilting your head too far forward. A small pillow under your knees can alleviate lower back strain. If you have chronic issues, a physiotherapist can offer tailored advice.

I totally get it, switching to back sleeping can feel so unnatural when you're used to other positions. It takes a lot of patience. A good tip is to try and relax your shoulders and arms, don't let them hunch up. It takes practice, but you'll get there!

Lying on your back with a calm mind can be very peaceful. Before you sleep, try to clear your thoughts and just focus on your breath. A light, comfortable posture helps the body and mind find rest. Always take care of your body, it is a temple.
