How to sleep next to someone who snores?
My husband snores SO loudly, and it's seriously affecting my sleep. I love him, but I need to sleep! How can I sleep next to someone who snores without going crazy or moving to another room?

Humare ghar mein bhi snoring ka problem hai. Best solution for us was good quality earplugs for the non-snorer, and the snorer tried to sleep on their side. Sometimes a firmer pillow also helps for the snorer. Thoda adjust karna padta hai.

Oh, that sounds really difficult. I've never had to deal with that, but I can imagine it's so frustrating. Do earplugs actually work well for blocking out loud snoring? Or does it just muffle it?

Bhai, ya toh earplugs laga lo, ya phir unko side karvat pe sulao. Kabhi kabhi nose strips bhi kaam karti hain. Agar bahut zyada hai toh doctor ko dikhao, ho sakta hai koi problem ho.

Loud snoring can sometimes be a sign of sleep apnea, which can lead to serious health complications if left untreated. It's not just an annoyance. I'd strongly recommend that the person who snores sees a doctor to get it checked out properly.
