How to sleep earlier?

I'm a student and always end up studying late or watching reels, so I sleep very late, like 2-3 AM. Then waking up for morning classes becomes a huge struggle. How can I train myself to actually go to bed earlier?

To sleep earlier, try to quiet your mind before bed. Sometimes, meditating for 10-15 minutes can really help calm your thoughts. A positive mindset also helps in peaceful rest. Take care of your inner self, and sleep will follow.

For me, if I wanna sleep earlier, I just make sure I'm actually tired. Like, I'll go for a run in the evening. And no late-night snacking, that keeps me up. Simple stuff, but works.

Establishing a consistent sleep schedule is paramount. Try to create a relaxing bedtime routine: a warm bath, light reading, or calming music. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and strenuous exercise close to bedtime. Melatonin supplements can sometimes be considered, but always consult a doctor first.

Agar jaldi sona hai toh jaldi utho subah. Din mein kaam karo, thak jao. Raat mein mobile kam chalao. Aur haan, shaam ke baad chai-coffee nahin. Bas itna karlo, neend apne aap jaldi aayegi.

I really struggle with this too. I try to switch off my laptop earlier but then I just end up on my phone. Does anyone have tips for actually putting the phone away and not picking it up again?

Oh, trying to sleep earlier used to give me so much anxiety, especially if I kept looking at the clock. What if I can't fall asleep? I found that a consistent bedtime routine helps me, even if it's just reading a book for 30 mins before trying to sleep. Just try to relax and not stress about it too much.

What I eat definitely affects my sleep timing. I try to have a lighter, vegetarian dinner, not too late. Heavy or spicy foods keep my digestion active, which makes it hard to fall asleep early. Warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bed also helps, it's a traditional remedy.

I use my smartwatch to track my sleep, and it actually pushes me to sleep earlier. It reminds me to start winding down. Also, setting a 'wind-down' routine in my health app helps. It suggests things like dimming lights and listening to calming sounds. Tech can really help for consistency!

It's totally valid to want to sleep earlier, and it can be frustrating when you can't. I used to get so worked up about my sleep schedule. What actually helped me was putting my phone away an hour before bed. No scrolling, no checking emails. It made a huge difference to calm my mind.
