How to sleep cooler at night?

The summer heat is just too much these days, my room feels like an oven even at night. I wake up multiple times feeling drenched in sweat. How can I sleep cooler at night without always turning on the AC?

Hey yaar, garmi toh problem hai! What I do is take a quick cool shower before sleeping, like just a rinse. And try light cotton sheets, makes a huge difference. Don't stress too much about it, sometimes just finding what works for you takes a bit of trying.

Oh, I just went through this last month! My AC broke, it was a nightmare. What really helped me was putting a wet towel or even a bucket of ice in front of a fan. It circulated some really cool air. Also, try keeping windows open at night if it's safe and there's a cross breeze.

Same problem here. I found keeping a bottle of chilled water by the bed to sip on really helps me cool down from the inside.

Totally get it, not being able to sleep because of heat can be really frustrating and make you anxious. I used to worry about everything. What helped me was focusing on one thing at a time. Maybe try a cool compress on your pulse points before bed, like your wrists or neck. It can be surprisingly effective.

Beta, garmi mein neend nahin aati jaldi. Hum toh ghar pe cooler chala lete hain, ya phir geela kapda odh ke so jaate hain. Aur haan, light khana khaya karo raat mein, heavy khaoge toh aur garmi lagti hai.

For sleeping cooler, make sure your room is well-ventilated, maybe open windows if the air outside is cooler. Using lightweight, breathable fabrics for nightwear and bedding is key. Hydration is also important, so drink enough water throughout the day, just not too much right before bed.
