How to sleep comfortably on your back?

My doctor told me that sleeping on my back is good for my spine, but I find it so hard to get comfortable in that position. I keep tossing and turning all night. How can I train myself to sleep better on my back without feeling stiff?

Be careful with advice for sleeping on your back, especially if you have back pain or other conditions. What works for one person might not be good for another. If you're consistently uncomfortable, it's always best to check with a doctor or a physical therapist, they give proper guidance.

I used to find it so hard to sleep on my back, it felt unnatural and I'd wake up sore. It's okay if it feels difficult at first. Just be patient and gradually try to introduce it. A supportive mattress and pillow are crucial too, don't forget that.

Haan na, back pe sona achha hota hai. Ek chota pillow ghutno ke niche rakhna, that really helps. Aur pillow head ke liye bhi sahi size ka lena. Try karke dekho, ho sakta hai tumko bhi comfortable lage.

Many people find sleeping on their back beneficial! The trick is usually placing a pillow under your knees to maintain the natural curve of your spine. Also, a medium-firm mattress generally offers the best support for back sleepers. Hope this helps you too!

Ah, sleeping on the back is good for the posture, my elders used to say. What always helped me was a small pillow under the knees. It takes the pressure off the lower back. Try it, it makes a big difference. And a calm mind, that's key too.

Yo, sleeping on my back was impossible for me until I got one of those orthopedic pillows, plus I put a small cushion under my knees. It actually keeps my back from feeling weird. Give it a shot!

I used to be a side sleeper but my physio told me to try back sleeping. What worked for me was using a thin pillow for my head and a thicker one under my knees. It takes a bit to get used to, but now it's fine.
