How to sleep and stay asleep?

For the past few months, I've been struggling to fall asleep and even when I do, I wake up multiple times. I feel tired all the time. What are some effective strategies to not just fall asleep but also stay asleep through the night?

I'm not a doctor or anything, but what helped me was setting a fixed bedtime, even on weekends. And I stopped looking at my phone like an hour before sleeping. It took some time but now I sleep much better.

From a diet perspective, try not to eat heavy meals too close to bedtime. And avoid caffeine or sugary drinks in the evening, they can really mess with your sleep cycle. Maybe a glass of warm milk an hour before bed, it works for some.

See, if it's a persistent problem, you might need to see a doctor. Sometimes it's a deficiency or something else that needs proper diagnosis, aur tests me bhi paise lagte hain na. So try simple things first, but if it doesn't work, don't delay a checkup.

Ugh, same! I totally get you. What helps me is a dark room, like proper dark, and I put my phone away from my bed. Also, a short shower right before bed makes me feel relaxed and then I sleep better. Hope it helps you too!

Honestly, if you're consistently struggling, please talk to a doctor. I had a friend who ignored sleep issues and it led to other health problems down the line. Sometimes it's something simple like stress, but sometimes it can be something else that needs medical attention. Don't self-diagnose.
