How to sleep after botox in forehead?

Got botox on my forehead this morning for the first time. The doctor said to be careful when sleeping, but I'm usually a side sleeper. How can I manage to sleep without putting pressure on my forehead area?

I've had Botox in my forehead multiple times. The key is definitely to sleep on your back, completely flat or with a slight elevation for the first night. Don't sleep on your side or stomach, otherwise, the product can shift. I use a travel neck pillow sometimes to keep my head from turning. It really helps!

Look, after forehead Botox, your aesthetician would have told you this: no lying down for at least 4-6 hours, and then sleep on your back for the first night or two. No face down, no side sleeping. It's crucial for the product to settle properly and get the desired results. Don't mess with it.

Oh, I totally get why you'd be worried about this! I overthink everything after any procedure. For forehead Botox, I've heard it's really important to sleep on your back so it doesn't spread. Maybe try a cervical pillow to keep your head steady? It's just for a day or two, you'll be fine!

Sleeping beauty style! ✨ For forehead Botox, it's all about sleeping on your back. Keep your head slightly elevated with an extra pillow or two for the first night. It helps keep everything settled where it should be. You'll be glowing in no time! 😊

I got Botox in my forehead just last month! The doctor told me specifically no lying down for 4 hours, and then for the first night, absolutely sleep on your back. I stacked two pillows and made sure I didn't turn my head too much. It feels a bit weird but it's only for one night and then you're good.

Hey, I was also so nervous about sleeping after my forehead Botox! Did anyone else feel like they couldn't move their head at all? I just tried my best to stay on my back and used extra pillows to prop myself up a bit so I wouldn't accidentally roll. It was tough but only for one night.

Hmm, after Botox, they usually say no pressure on the area. So, sleeping on your back is generally recommended. For comfort, you could try a calming tea or a light meditation before bed. But if you feel any unusual pain or discomfort, please contact your doctor right away, don't ignore it.
