Haan, sciatica mein baithna bahut mushkil hota hai. Try to sit on a firm surface, na ki soft sofa. Aur ek chhota pillow ya rolled towel apni kamar ke niche rakho. Legs ko cross mat karna aur dono feet floor pe rakho. Thodi der mein uth ke chalna zaroori hai. Take care, bhai!

With sciatica, proper posture while sitting is critical. Use a chair that supports the natural curve of your spine. Avoid crossing your legs and keep your feet flat. Short sitting spells are better, follow it up with some gentle stretches or a short walk. And remember, light exercise, like swimming, can strengthen your core, which helps in the long run.

I recovered from sciatica just a few months ago, so I totally feel your pain! For sitting, I got a specific coccyx cushion and an ergonomic chair, which were lifesavers. I also made sure my feet were flat on the floor and never crossed my legs. The physio also told me to avoid bending forward when sitting, always keep a straight back.

Sciatica? More like 'Sciatic-NO' pain! 😂 Seriously though, it's the worst. I try to sit on hard chairs instead of sinking into sofas, and my back literally thanks me. Also, elevate your feet a bit if you can, reduces the pressure. And god, don't sit for more than like 20 mins without moving!

Sciatica pain can be so debilitating and anxiety-inducing, I totally understand! It feels like you can't get comfortable anywhere. When sitting, try a firm chair and make sure your lower back has support, maybe a cushion. Avoid prolonged sitting and get up to gently stretch frequently. Be kind to yourself.

Sciatica pain is a real challenge. When you sit, focus on maintaining a neutral spine position. A good quality lumbar support pillow can make a huge difference. Also, make it a point to stand up and walk around for a few minutes every hour. Gentle walks and stretches, if your doctor approves, can also help alleviate the pressure.
