May peace be with you. QL pain can be very discomforting. When sitting, focus on keeping your spine straight and centered, avoiding any twisting. Use good back support. Remember to breathe deeply and send healing energy to the affected area. Take care of your body, it is a temple.

QL pain is serious, can affect your overall well-being. For sitting, it's crucial to maintain good posture and ensure your back is well-supported, maybe with a lumbar roll. Avoid slouching or leaning to one side. Just like managing high BP requires lifestyle changes and regular checkups, this pain also needs professional guidance from a physiotherapist. Don't ignore it.

My son had QL pain after he hurt his back. We found that a chair with firm back support and keeping his feet flat on the floor really helped. Also, avoid sitting cross-legged. What made the biggest difference was getting him to stand up and walk around for a few minutes every hour. It's tough, but consistency helps a lot.

Arre yaar, QL pain is really bad. Actually, the main thing is to avoid putting too much pressure on that side. Try sitting absolutely straight, not slouching or leaning. A good lumbar pillow works wonders. And get up and stretch thoda every 30-40 mins. Seriously, don't sit still for too long, it irritates the muscle.

Don't panic about QL pain, it's quite common for those who sit a lot. I felt so worried initially. But once I learned to manage it, it got better. For sitting, always use good lumbar support and avoid twisting or leaning to one side. A standing desk can also give relief by breaking up sitting time. Just keep moving gently.

I had QL pain a few months back, it was debilitating! For sitting, I found that an ergonomic chair with adjustable lumbar support was a game-changer. I also used a wedge cushion to keep my pelvis slightly tilted forward, which took pressure off the QL muscle. Most importantly, I couldn't sit for more than 45 minutes without a short walk or stretch. Consulting a good physio is a must.
