My head is feeling really warm and I'm a bit dizzy. I don't have a thermometer at home right now. Is there any way to check if I have a fever without it?

Aap apna urine color check kijiye, agar woh jyada peela hai aur sharir toot raha hai, toh andar heat hai. Kisi padosi se thermometer maang lijiye sabse badhiya rahega.
