How to rid of piles naturally?

Been suffering from piles for a few months now, and it's quite painful and embarrassing. I've tried some over-the-counter creams, but they only provide temporary relief. Are there any natural remedies or methods to get rid of piles naturally?

If you sit at a desk all day like me, piles can get really bad. Start drinking lots of water and eat high-fiber food like oats and green veggies immediately to avoid constipation. But if there is bleeding, don't wait around, just consult a general surgeon.

Home remedies like sitz baths in warm water and eating papaya daily are very cheap and help a lot with the pain. Don't rush for expensive surgeries first unless a doctor says it is urgent. Try these simple diet changes for a week to save on heavy medical bills.

Ah, the joy of turning 50 is dealing with these uninvited guests. Sitting on a soft cushion and adding Isabgol to my nightly routine has been my saving grace. Just keep the digestion smooth, otherwise mornings become a battleground.

Due to my PCOS and hormonal issues, I often deal with chronic constipation which triggers this. I find that a fiber-rich diet and keeping myself hydrated helps keep things manageable. But please be careful and ask a doctor if you feel severe pain.

Warm water tub baths (sitz bath) for 15 minutes daily really help reduce the swelling and pain. Do try it.

Yaar, this is so painful and awkward to talk about, but actually Isabgol works like magic. Just take one spoon with warm milk at night. Avoid spicy street food completely for a few weeks or it will burn like crazy.

My grandmother always suggests drinking buttermilk with a bit of small onions to cool the body. While these home tips give relief, I highly recommend visiting a doctor if the problem persists. Proper medical advice is always safest.
