How to rid of gum disease?

My dentist told me I have early signs of gum disease, and I'm a bit worried. She said if not treated, it can get worse. What steps can I take to effectively get rid of gum disease and keep my gums healthy?

Honestly, don't waste time on random remedies if your gums are bleeding or swollen. Just book a dentist appointment for a professional scaling. It takes barely 30 minutes and actually solves the plaque issue before it gets worse.

Regular warm salt water rinses after every meal work wonders for swelling. Also, start using dental floss daily, as food stuck between teeth is the main reason for gum infection. It is cheap and very effective.

As a diabetic, I have to be extremely careful with gum infections because high blood sugar makes them worse. I avoid sugary foods completely and get my gums checked regularly by my dentist. Keeping your diabetes under control is key for gum health.

I set an alert on my phone to floss every night and use an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor. It really helped stop my gums from bleeding. Make sure you track your dentist visits too, at least once in six months is a must.

I ignored my bleeding gums in my 40s and regretted it later when my teeth started getting loose. Clean your teeth properly twice a day and use a soft brush. Go to a dentist early, because natural remedies can only clean so much.

Warm water gargles with a pinch of rock salt and turmeric have helped me keep my gums healthy and strong. I also practice sheetali pranayama, which cooling and good for oral health. Just be consistent with simple habits.
