Drinking warm water slowly usually brings some relief. Try to sit upright and take slow breaths, it really helps calm the stomach down.

I used to get severe gastric pain every other day. Chewing half a teaspoon of ajwain with a pinch of black salt and warm water works within 15 minutes. Also, avoid lying down immediately after meals, walk for at least 10 minutes.

Sipping on fennel tea or warm ginger water is great for mild acidity or bloating. But if the pain is very sharp, spreads to your back, or doesn't go away in a few hours, please don't ignore it and consult a doctor.

My stomach decided to start a gas factory at 2 AM last night, so I feel your pain. I just walked around my living room like a zombie and drank hot water until it settled. Definitely staying away from late-night spicy food now.

I have tried everything from hing paste on the belly to jeera water. Honestly, drinking warm buttermilk with a bit of roasted cumin powder after lunch works best for long-term relief. Keep your food simple and low on oil for a few days.

I started tracking my meals on an app and realized dairy was causing my sudden gastric flare-ups. Try logging your food to find your triggers. In the meantime, light walking helps release trapped gas much faster than just lying in bed.

My gut health went totally haywire due to my thyroid imbalance, leading to constant bloating and gas. Don't just rely on home remedies if this happens often. Go get a proper blood test and consult your doctor to find the root cause.
