How to reverse tooth decay and cavities?

I've been more conscious about my oral health lately and noticed some early signs of decay on a couple of my teeth. My friend said sometimes you can reverse tooth decay and cavities if they're not too bad. Is this true, or am I wishful thinking?

I used to ignore my dental health until I started tracking my habits on an app. I set a reminder to brush twice a day and use a fluoride mouthwash. For very early enamel decay, remineralization is possible by using a toothpaste with active calcium and reducing acidic food intake.

Let's be clear—if you have an actual hole in your tooth, no amount of salt water or clove oil is going to reverse it. You need to go to a dentist and get a proper composite filling before the decay reaches the nerve. Save yourself the pain and the cost of a root canal by getting it treated right now.

If you want to prevent and reverse early stage decay, stop sipping on sweet coffees and cold drinks throughout the day. Every time you eat sugar, it creates an acidic environment that eats away your enamel. Use a soft brush, clean between your teeth with dental floss, and get a professional checkup every six months.

My grandmother always suggests chewing on neem leaves or using a pinch of turmeric for toothaches. While these traditional practices keep the gums healthy, they cannot rebuild a decayed tooth structure. For proper cavity management, it is always best to visit your dental clinic for a professional scaling and filling.

Hey, don't stress too much about that tiny spot on your tooth! Just make a habit of rinsing your mouth with warm water after every single meal, and avoid sticky chocolates at night. Book a quick appointment with a nice dentist nearby, they'll fix it up in fifteen minutes and you'll be totally stress-free.

In my younger days, we paid very little attention to dental health until we faced major tooth extractions. Take it from my experience, a small cavity caught early is very easy to handle with a simple, cheap filling. Don't fear the dentist; modern treatments are very comfortable compared to the toothaches of the past.
