How to restore kidney health?

A recent check-up showed my kidney health isn't great, though it's not very serious yet. I want to take proactive steps to improve it. What can I do to restore kidney health and prevent further issues?

To keep your kidneys healthy, stay hydrated but don't blindly chug gallons of water. Also, watch your protein powder intake if you lift heavy; always balance it out with green veggies and keep your blood pressure in check through daily cardio.

At 50, my body gives a new alarm sound every morning! For kidneys, I have simply cut down on extra salt and stopped taking pain balm pills like candy. Drinking decent amount of water and eating less processed food is all I can manage, and it keeps my reports normal.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, alright? Just make small changes like drinking a glass of water every few hours and cutting down on those late-night salty chips. Go get a basic blood test done just to be sure, and you'll be absolutely fine.

My father's nephrologist emphasized that controlling blood sugar is the single most important factor for kidney health. He also warned us against self-medicating with over-the-counter pain relievers, as they are highly toxic to kidneys. Please consult a doctor for a personalized diet chart.

I had a scare last year with a severe urinary tract infection that started affecting my back. My doctor told me that ignoring UTIs can stress the kidneys, so now I make sure to drink coconut water and never hold in urine. Simple habits really protect you.
