How to reset your sleep cycle in one night?

My sleep cycle is completely out of whack, and I have an important meeting tomorrow morning. Is it possible to completely reset my sleep cycle in just one night? I need to wake up feeling refreshed.

While trying to fix your sleep quickly is understandable, please be careful with staying awake all night as it can cause sudden blood pressure spikes. If you struggle with sleep regularly, it is much safer to consult a doctor.

Beta, washing your feet with cool water before sleeping helps cool down the body and induces sleep. Try to avoid looking at your mobile phone after 9 PM. If the problem continues, please ask a doctor.

Trying to reset my sleep cycle in one night usually ends with me waking up at 4 PM the next day feeling even more confused. Honestly, unless you have super human willpower, it takes at least 3-4 days to adjust.

You can't fully fix it in one night, but waking up at your target time and getting immediate bright sunlight helps reset your circadian rhythm. Use a sleep tracker to monitor your deep sleep phases over the next few days.

Try to keep your mind calm and positive as evening approaches. Sitting quietly for 10 minutes in meditation can help prepare your body for peaceful rest. Take care and don't force things too hard.

I was reading some articles about resetting sleep quickly, and apparently, avoiding food for 12-16 hours before your new wake-up time can help reset your internal clock. It sounds interesting but might be hard to do!

Drinking warm milk or chamomile tea before bed can help relax your senses naturally. However, if you are experiencing severe sleeplessness or chest heaviness, please do not ignore it and see a doctor immediately.
