How to require less sleep?

I have so much to do every day and feel like I waste a lot of time sleeping. Is there any way to train my body to require less sleep without feeling tired or unhealthy? I really need more productive hours.

Trying to force your body to sleep less is a recipe for a massive burnout, especially with heavy work pressures. Instead of reducing hours, focus on improving your sleep quality. Cut down screen time an hour before bed so you wake up feeling more rested.

I used to sleep for 9 hours and still feel tired until I started tracking my sleep cycles. Getting deep sleep is what actually matters, not just the hours. Try optimizing your room temperature and avoiding heavy meals before bed.

Our bodies naturally need 7 to 8 hours of rest, haan na. Trying to cut it down to 4 or 5 hours will just make you dizzy and tired the whole day. Better to sleep well and manage your daytime schedule more efficiently.

If you find a way to survive on less sleep, please tell me too! Honestly, I try to cut sleep and end up looking like a zombie at my desk by 2 PM. Our bodies need their rest, there is really no cheat code here.

I tried cutting my sleep to 5 hours for my business, and my immunity crashed completely. Trust me, the human body needs at least 7 hours to function properly. Focus on being highly productive during your waking hours instead of stealing time from your sleep.

I was reading some articles about polyphasic sleep cycles to save time, but most experts say it is not sustainable long-term. Apparently, clean eating and regular exercise naturally make you feel more active even with standard 7 hours of sleep.

I used to feel exhausted and wanted to find ways to sleep less to stay productive, but it turned out my fatigue was due to thyroid issues. If you are constantly feeling like you need too much sleep, please get a routine blood test done. It is better to check than to force your body.
