How to repair cavities naturally?

I've heard some people talk about natural ways to fix dental issues. Is it actually possible to repair cavities naturally without going to the dentist for a filling? Any home remedies or diet changes?

Honestly, agar naturally ho jaata toh hum sabke daant chamakte rehte! I'm so sleep-deprived I barely remember to brush, leave alone 'naturally' fix a cavity. Maybe if I sleep enough my body will magically repair it? 😂 But seriously, see a dentist, yaar.

Cavities ke liye natural repair? Yeh toh bahut mushkil hai. Jaise high BP ko sirf lifestyle se control karte hain, par medicine bhi zaroori hoti hai. Toothache ho toh seedha dentist ke paas jao, warna infection badh sakta hai. Regular checkups bahut important hain.

Dekho, once a cavity forms, it won't repair itself naturally. Yeh koi cut nahi hai jo heal ho jaaye. Sidha dentist ke paas jao, bhaiya. Pain badhne se pehle fill karwa lo, zyada kharcha nahi hota. Regular brushing aur flossing pehle hi karna chahiye tha!

Bro, my dentist told me once a cavity starts, it's pretty much there until you get it filled. I tried some 'natural' stuff my dadi told me for a small one, but it only got worse. Ended up needing a root canal! So, seriously, just go to a dentist.

For cavities, repairing naturally is very difficult. Diet can help prevent them, like avoiding sugary foods and eating calcium-rich foods. But if a cavity is already formed, it needs professional attention. Don't experiment with your teeth; they're too important!

Hey, don't stress too much, but for cavities, you really need to see a dentist. I know it sounds scary, but it's better than letting it get worse. Maybe try oil pulling for general oral health, but for an actual cavity, medical help is best, ya know?

Natural repair for cavities is not really an option once they're established. My work schedule is crazy, so I always make sure to get dental checkups done on time to avoid bigger issues. A small filling is quick and prevents a lot of pain and time off later.

Okay, so once a cavity has progressed beyond the initial demineralization stage, natural remineralization isn't enough to 'repair' it. You'd need a dentist to clean it out and fill it. Focus on good oral hygiene like brushing twice and flossing to prevent new ones!
