How to remove sleep mode?

I'm having trouble waking up on time because my phone sometimes goes into sleep mode automatically and I miss my alarms. How do I turn off this sleep mode feature? It's really affecting my routine.

If you are trying to overcome constant daytime sleepiness and fatigue, my grandmother always suggested drinking warm ginger tea. However, if this lethargy is persistent, it is best to consult a doctor to check for any underlying vitamin deficiencies.

If you are talking about your phone, just go to your settings or control center and turn off focus/sleep mode. But if you mean feeling sleepy all day, I totally get it, college life has ruined my sleep schedule too. Try avoiding screen time right before bed, it actually helps.

Haan na, feeling like a zombie all day is so frustrating, especially during office hours. To remove this lazy 'sleep mode' of our body, try to get some sunlight first thing in the morning. It really helps wake up your brain naturally, ho na.

I used to feel like my body was permanently in sleep mode, exhausted no matter how much I slept. It turned out to be an underactive thyroid. Please get a simple TSH blood test done to make sure your fatigue isn't due to hormonal issues.

My smartwatch tracker showed that my deep sleep was really low, which is why I felt so groggy. Try tracking your sleep patterns to see if you are actually resting well at night, and try to maintain a consistent wake-up time.

If your body is always in a sleepy state, try taking a quick 15-minute power nap in the afternoon instead of drinking multiple cups of heavy tea. Avoid sleeping late on weekends as it completely breaks your natural body clock.

Does anyone else feel super anxious when they can't wake up fresh despite sleeping for eight hours? I constantly worry that there is something majorly wrong with my health. Is this normal or should I go see a general physician?

To shake off that heavy, sleepy feeling during the day, try eating lighter, nutrient-rich meals instead of heavy carb-loaded lunches. Adding fresh sprouts and fruits to my diet really helped boost my daytime energy levels naturally.

If you're talking about phone settings, just swipe down to your control panel and toggle off the Sleep Focus. If you mean physical lethargy, fix your sleep hygiene—no caffeine after 4 PM and no phone screens in bed. It's that simple.

To feel active and remove tiredness, try walking in the fresh morning air for twenty minutes. Eating a handful of soaked almonds in the morning also gives good strength. Take care of your health, child.
