How to remove migraine?

I've been getting very severe migraines lately, sometimes they last for days. They completely stop me from working or doing anything. Is there any way to truly remove a migraine or at least stop it quickly once it starts?

I used to get terrible migraines until my doctor suggested getting my thyroid levels checked, and we found out my dosage needed adjustment. Hormonal issues can heavily trigger headaches, so please get your routine blood tests done. Keep following up with your doctor regularly.

My daughter gets severe migraines during her exams due to stress and lack of sleep. I make her rest in a completely dark, quiet room and apply a cold compress on her forehead. Making sure they eat simple meals on time and stay hydrated helps prevent these attacks.

Hey, don't stress too much! Migraines are absolute torture, I know, but panicking only makes the head throbbing worse. Just dim the lights, sip some warm ginger tea, and try to take a nap. If it's really bad, please consult your doctor for a proper pain reliever.

Please do not ignore severe or frequent migraines. I used to pop random painkillers for my headaches until I developed stomach issues and the headaches actually got worse. Go to a neurologist, get a proper diagnosis, and follow their treatment plan safely.

Listen, don't suffer through extreme migraine pain trying to tolerate it. Go to a quiet dark room, keep yourself hydrated, and rest. If this is a frequent issue, we need to get you checked by a doctor so they can prescribe proper preventive medicine. Take care of yourself.

With my PCOS, hormonal fluctuations often trigger severe migraine attacks. I've learned that tracking my cycle and food triggers helps, but there's no single magic cure. Please consult a neurologist to find a safe, personalized treatment plan rather than self-medicating.
