How to remove external piles at home?

I've been dealing with external piles for a few months now, and they are quite uncomfortable and sometimes painful. I'm looking for some remedies or methods I can try at home to get rid of them. My father also had this issue. What can I do from home?

Ah, the joys of getting older and dealing with these painful surprises. Sit baths with warm water have become my best friend lately to manage the swelling. It won't make them magically vanish, but at least you can sit down peacefully to watch the evening news!

Sitting in one place for too long makes external piles much worse. If your doctor allows, light evening walks can really help improve blood circulation and prevent constipation. Just avoid heavy weight lifting or straining until you are fully recovered.

Haan na, this problem is so uncomfortable and painful to even talk about. Warm water sitz baths really give immediate relief from the burning sensation. Just make sure to eat lots of fiber and drink water so you don't have to strain, ho na.

Please do not apply random herbal pastes or strong oils directly to external piles; it can cause severe infection and pain. I highly recommend verifying your condition with a general surgeon instead of relying on internet remedies. It is a sensitive area, so take no risks.

Beta, don't worry too much, this is a very common issue that can be managed with care. In my experience, keeping your bowel movements soft is the most important step. Drink warm milk with a spoon of ghee or take Isabgol at night to avoid straining.

Look, home remedies like warm water baths will only soothe the pain temporarily. If the piles are bleeding or extremely painful, stop looking for home tricks and go see a doctor immediately. Don't let shyness make your health worse.

I had to completely pause my love for spicy green chillies and heavy biryanis when I got piles. Switching to simple khichdi, curd rice, and lots of papaya really saved me from the morning struggle. Trust me, skipping the spices for a week is totally worth the relief!

I tried everything from aloe vera to various oils, but nothing worked as well as a simple sitz bath and adding high-fiber foods to my diet. Laxatives should only be used if prescribed by your doctor. Keep the area clean and dry, and the swelling will gradually reduce.

I completely understand how terrifying and embarrassing it feels when you first notice external piles. I used to panic and think it was something much worse, which just made my digestion even more upset. Please breathe easy, start with warm baths, and consult a doctor to calm your mind.

My chronic constipation was tied to my thyroid issues, which eventually led to painful piles. I highly suggest getting your thyroid checked if you face persistent constipation, and always follow up with your doctor. Managing the root cause is the only way to get permanent relief.
