How to remove eczema from scalp?

I have eczema on my scalp, and it's causing a lot of itching and flaking, almost like really bad dandruff. How can I effectively remove eczema from my scalp? Regular shampoos don't seem to work.

Having scalp eczema was so stressful for me because of the constant flaking, which looked like bad dandruff and made me feel so embarrassed. Please know that it is not a hygiene issue and you shouldn't blame yourself. Be gentle with your hair wash routine.

I totally get it, scalp eczema can be so incredibly itchy and uncomfortable, especially when you are out in public. Try to avoid using hair dryers or styling products, as they can dry out and irritate the scalp even more.

Scalp eczema, or seborrheic dermatitis, is best managed under professional guidance. While gentle home care like coconut oil helps soothe, a dermatologist's prescription for a targeted topical solution or medicated shampoo is the safest and most effective way to treat it.

I went to a reputed hospital for my scalp scaling, and the doctor clearly explained that scalp eczema requires specific tar-based or ketoconazole shampoos. I highly recommend visiting a good clinic and asking your doctor for a clear treatment plan instead of self-medicating.

Dude, scalp eczema is the worst, especially during exams. I literally just stop using any scented hair waxes or gels when it flares up. Just use a super mild baby shampoo and don't scratch it while studying.

Keeping your body active through regular exercise can help lower the stress that triggers scalp eczema flares. Just be sure to rinse your scalp with cool water right after working out, as dried sweat can severely irritate eczema patches.
