How to remove eczema dark spots?

After my eczema clears up, it always leaves dark spots on my skin which look quite bad. What are the best ways to remove eczema dark spots and get my skin tone even again? I've tried a few things but no luck.

Beta, those dark spots from eczema take a long time to go away, so have patience. You can apply a little fresh milk cream (malai) mixed with a pinch of turmeric on the dry spots. It keeps the skin soft and slowly lightens the marks.

Between my late-night shifts and itchy skin, I barely have time to look in the mirror, let alone fade spots. Honestly, I just slather on heavy moisturizer and hope for the best. Fading takes months, so don't stress over it too much.

I totally get it, those dark marks left after eczema flare-ups can make one feel so conscious. It is actually post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Try using a gentle moisturizer containing niacinamide, which is very safe and helps fade dark spots gradually.

Skin healing is slower when our blood sugar fluctuates, so keep your diet clean and low in sugar. Eating antioxidant-rich foods like amla and leafy greens helps the skin repair itself and lightens post-eczema marks naturally. Always keep the skin moisturized.

I hope your eczema has healed now. For the dark spots left behind, keeping the skin deeply hydrated is very helpful. Gentle moisturizer with rosehip oil can slowly fade the marks over time.

I used to feel so bad looking at the dark patches on my hands after an eczema flare-up, it really affected my confidence. But please remember, your skin has been through a lot of inflammation and needs time to heal. Be gentle, avoid scrubbing the spots, and they will slowly fade on their own.
