How to remove dandruff without shampoo?

My scalp gets really dry if I use shampoo too often, but I still have dandruff. Is there a way to effectively remove dandruff without having to use shampoo? I'm looking for alternative methods.

You can try washing your hair with shikakai or reetha decoction, which has natural saponins to clean the scalp. Diluted apple cider vinegar rinse also helps control the fungus without drying. Just make sure to dry your hair completely after washing, as dampness breeds more fungus.

Let us look at nature for cleansing. Washing your hair with simple lukewarm neem leaf water is a beautiful, chemical-free way to keep the scalp healthy. Take care of your health, eat simple satvik food, and let nature heal you.

I have noticed my skin and scalp get worse when my blood pressure is high and I am under stress. Instead of searching for shampoo-free hacks, focus on reducing stress through quiet walks. If the scaling is severe, always check with a doctor to rule out underlying skin conditions.

Honestly, I barely have the energy to sleep for six hours, so washing my hair without shampoo sounds like too much work. If I don't use shampoo, my oily scalp just looks like a paratha. But if you have the patience, I heard diluted apple cider vinegar is the best bet.

I tried avoiding commercial shampoos for months and used multani mitti and curd instead. While it cooled my scalp, it was very hard to rinse out completely and sometimes made the buildup worse. If you go shampoo-free, ensure you wash your scalp thoroughly with plain water so no residue remains.
