Baking soda can be too harsh and abrasive for the sensitive skin on our head. In my experience, gentle natural alternatives like washing with reetha or shikakai powder are much safer. It is better to treat our body with gentle herbs rather than strong chemicals.

Actually yaar, don't use baking soda directly on your scalp, it can ruin your hair texture. It is super alkaline and completely messes up the pH level of your skin. If you really want to try it, mix just a tiny pinch in your regular shampoo, but don't do it often.

Our body has its own way of healing when we treat it with love and care. Avoid using harsh things like baking soda which might cause burning. Keep a happy mind, drink pure water, and use simple, gentle oils to soothe your head.

Baking soda for dandruff is just a random internet hack that can seriously damage your hair cuticles. There is no scientific basis for putting baking soda on your head. Please verify with a proper qualified dermatologist before trying such risky things.

Sometimes severe dry scalp and dandruff are linked to internal health issues like thyroid imbalance. I wouldn't recommend experimenting with baking soda as it can worsen dry skin. It is much safer to get your basic thyroid levels checked and consult a doctor.

I tried a baking soda rinse once for my daughter's dandruff, but her scalp became very red and dry. I immediately stopped it. Medicated anti-dandruff shampoos from the pharmacy are much safer and gentler for young scalp skin.
