How to remove cavities without a dentist?

I'm a bit scared of dentists, to be honest. I think I might have a couple of small cavities, and I'm really hoping there's some way to fix them without going to a clinic. Can cavities be removed without a dentist?

I was looking this up and found out that once enamel is fully eroded, only a dentist's drill can clean the decay. There is no scientifically proven way to remove a cavity without professional dental care.

Please don't try any internet hacks like using baking soda or acidic lemon on your teeth to remove cavities. It will only damage your enamel further. Let a proper dentist look at it safely.

I used to be absolutely terrified of dentists and kept looking for home remedies to dissolve my cavity. I regret waiting because the decay spread deeper and I had to get an painful extraction. Please just see a dentist soon.

Without a dentist we can't do anything for a cavity, haan na. Better to spend some money and get a simple filling done before it starts hurting.

Attempting to remove decay yourself can lead to severe infections of the gums and dental nerves. Always get a dentist to check and fill the cavity for your own safety.

I once thought I could reverse a deep cavity by just using a strong mouthwash. I ignored the dentist's appointment until my jaw swelled up. Please don't repeat my mistake.

I completely understand the anxiety of visiting the dental clinic, especially if you fear the pain. But modern dentists use numbing sprays and make the process completely painless, so please take that step.
