How to remineralize cavities?

My dentist mentioned I have some small cavities, but they aren't severe enough for drilling yet, he called them 'early decay'. I'm wondering if there are natural ways to remineralize cavities and reverse this process?

Haan, if the cavity is just starting as a white spot, you can actually reverse it. Use a good fluoride toothpaste twice a day without fail, na. Also, cut down on sweet and sticky food so your teeth get a break to heal.

Honestly, unless you have secret superpowers, you can't grow back a whole tooth that already has a deep black crater. For tiny initial spots, just brush properly and drink lots of water. For the big ones, let the dentist play with his drills.

I tried oil pulling with sesame oil and salt water rinses for months, thinking it would magically fill my cavity. While it definitely kept my gums clean and reduced sensitivity, the actual cavity still needed a proper filling from the doctor. Don't waste too much time on home remedies if the pain starts.

I was reading up on this yesterday because my molar felt slightly sensitive. Apparently, saliva has natural minerals that rebuild enamel, so chewing sugar-free gum after meals really helps. But once a proper cavity forms, we can't fix it ourselves at home.

It is much better to spend 300 rupees on a checkup now rather than waiting for a root canal that will cost 5000 rupees. I started using a basic fluoridated toothpaste and calcium rich food to save my remaining teeth from damage. Preventive care is always cheaper.
