How to relieve urine pain?

Every time I go to the washroom, there's a sharp pain while passing urine, and it lingers afterwards. This has been happening since yesterday morning. What can I do to relieve this urine pain?

Beta, please drink lots of fresh coconut water and barley water (jau ka paani) to cool down your body. Sometimes excess body heat causes this burning. If the pain is too much, please go to the local clinic and show a doctor.

I am feeling a lot of burning today when going to the washroom and it is very uncomfortable. Is it true that drinking baking soda in water helps, or is that unsafe? I have never had this before so I am a bit scared.

Bro, I had this last summer because I was barely drinking any water while playing football. Just drink 3-4 liters of water daily, it literally flushes the system out. If it still hurts after a day, just go get a urine test done.

At home, my mother always suggests drinking warm water mixed with coriander seed powder (dhaniya) to reduce the urine burning. It is a very soothing traditional remedy. However, for a complete cure, getting a proper prescription from a doctor is always the best path.

Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee right now as they irritate the bladder even more. Stick to simple plain water, coconut water, or thin buttermilk (chaas) without too much salt. If the pain doesn't go away by tomorrow, go to your family doctor.

That burning feeling makes you want to hold a fire extinguisher down there, I get it! Just flood your body with water like you are trying to save a drying lake. Joke apart, keep drinking fluids and see a doc if you start shivering.

When I had severe burning during urination, I tried treating it at home but it only got worse. In the end, my doctor did a quick urine test and gave me some specific antibiotics that cleared it up in three days. I prefer letting the professionals handle it.
