Don't rush to get expensive MRI scans or physiotherapy sessions right away as they can cost a bomb. Try a simple 10-rupee pain balm and a hot water compress for three days first. Most of the time it is just a normal muscular catch that goes away with basic rest.

Whenever I get left side back pain, I start worrying if it is related to my heart or something dangerous. Please check if you have any chest pain, breathlessness, or left arm discomfort, and if yes, go to the emergency immediately. Otherwise, it might just be a muscle knot from bad posture, so try some heat therapy.

My grandmother always suggests applying warm sesame oil mixed with a little camphor for left-side back stiffness. It gives great relief, but I still feel you should check with a doctor if the pain is deep or doesn't go away in a day or two. Take care.

I tried hot fermentation, oil massages, and stretching when I had this left-side ache. Honestly, what worked best was keeping my posture straight while using my phone and applying a warm mustard oil massage. Do it gently every night before sleeping.

Left-sided back pain should not be self-diagnosed with random home remedies you read online. It could be a simple muscle pull, but it can also be linked to gastric issues or heart strain. Please get a proper clinical evaluation from a certified doctor instead of experimenting on yourself.
