Stress and systemic imbalances like thyroid issues can sometimes make teeth grinding worse at night. Along with using a mouth guard, make sure you get your regular checkups done to keep your health parameters in check.

If you are grinding your teeth, you are damaging your enamel every night. Go straight to a dentist and get a proper night guard made. It is the only real solution that works.

Hey, don't stress too much! Teeth grinding is super common when we are overworked. Just try doing some relaxing breathing before bed and keep a warm cloth on your cheeks to relax those jaw muscles.

Custom night guards from dentists can be quite expensive. You can search online for high-quality over-the-counter mouth guards which are much cheaper and protect your teeth from grinding damage just as well.

I ignored my morning jaw pain for months thinking it was nothing. By the time I went to the dentist, I had worn down my enamel so badly that my teeth became highly sensitive to everything. Please get a guard made early.

Yes, a night guard is a lifesaver. Doing a gentle face massage with warm water before sleeping also helps relax the muscles.

I recently started using a soft night guard for my grinding issue, and the constant morning toothaches have completely vanished. It takes a couple of days to get used to sleeping with it, but it is totally worth it.
