How to relieve stomach pain from nuts?

I've started snacking on a lot of nuts for a healthy diet, but sometimes after a handful, I get an uncomfortable stomach ache. Is there a way to prevent this or relieve the pain when it happens?

Honestly, nuts can be very heavy to digest if your gut isn't used to so much fiber and fat at once. Try soaking almonds and walnuts overnight and peeling the skin before eating them next time. For now, just have some warm water and avoid raw foods for a few hours.

Haan, sometimes directly eating raw kaaju or badam can cause major bloating and pain na. Simply drink some lukewarm water with a pinch of black salt. Next time thoda limit mein hi khao, empty stomach heavy nuts don't suit everyone.

I love roasted peanuts and cashew snacks but overdoing it always gives me a heavy ache. Walking around for 15 minutes helps move things along. Also, drinking a warm cup of water usually relieves that tight feeling in the stomach.

I tried eating a handful of raw almonds at 2 AM to stay awake and my stomach paid the price till morning. A cup of hot pudina tea was the only thing that calmed my gut down. Dont make the mistake of lying flat right after eating them.

My gut sensitivity got much worse before I was diagnosed with thyroid issues, so please don't ignore frequent stomach pain. Keep a food diary and get your basic blood panel done. If the pain doesn't go away soon, a quick visit to the doc is always the safest bet.

Oh, that heavy feeling is so annoying! Just sip some warm ginger water slowly and rest on your left side. It really helps to ease the spasm. Take care and eat them soaked next time! 😊

This used to happen to me whenever I ate raw cashews post-workout. I started drinking lots of water and switched to boiled or roasted ones. For instant relief right now, just lie down and let your stomach rest, dont load it with more food.
