How to relieve stomach pain from almonds?

I started eating almonds for health, but sometimes after having them, I get a strange stomach ache. Is this normal, and what can I do to relieve this almond-related stomach pain?

I get bad stomach aches too if I eat raw almonds without soaking them first. Try drinking some warm water to ease the heaviness.

Haan na, raw almonds can be very heavy on the stomach because of the skin. Try drinking warm water with a little hing or ajwain. Always soak them overnight and peel the skin before eating, it is much easier to digest.

Don't stress too much, buddy! It's probably just because raw almonds are hard to digest if you eat too many at once. Just drink some warm ginger tea and relax on the couch for a bit, it will pass soon.

The outer skin of almonds contains tannins which can inhibit enzyme absorption and cause stomach irritation in sensitive individuals. Trying soaked and peeled almonds might help. However, if the pain persists, it is best to consult a doctor to rule out any specific nut intolerance.

I used to feel so frustrated and upset when healthy foods like almonds caused me sharp stomach cramps instead of helping my health. It really makes you feel like your body is failing you. I found that soaking and peeling them made a huge difference, so please hang in there.
