If this is just muscle soreness or mild cramp from exercising too soon after eating, you can manage it at home with rest. Don't rush to get expensive abdominal scans or private lab tests right away. Just rest, sip water, and if it still doesn't go away in two days, then plan a basic GP visit which is much more cost-effective.

Make sure you aren't working out on a completely empty or super full stomach! 🏋️‍♀️ Try doing some light stretching and take slow, deep breaths to relax your belly. You'll be absolutely fine, just rest up! 😊

In my younger days, we often got these side cramps or stomach pulls when we ran too fast without a warm-up. Don't worry, just lie down flat on your back and take deep, slow breaths. It is usually just a temporary muscle spasm that will settle down in an hour.

I used to get bad stomach cramps during workouts because I was drinking too much water right before running. Keep at least a two-hour gap between your main meals and exercise, and only take small sips of water during the workout. Stretching your abdominal muscles afterwards also helps.

I know how scary it feels when your stomach starts aching suddenly after a workout, your mind immediately goes to appendicitis or something serious. Try to sit quietly and drink a few sips of room-temperature water. Most of the time it is just gas or muscle strain, so please don't stress.

Please be careful if the pain is deep or severe. I once ignored intense stomach pain after lifting weights, thinking it was a simple muscle strain, but it turned out to be a hernia that needed medical treatment. If the pain is sharp and persistent, please get it evaluated by a doctor immediately.
