How to relieve stomach pain after eating peanuts?

Sometimes, after I eat peanuts, I get really bad stomach pain and bloating. I love peanuts, but this pain is too much. Is there anything I can do to relieve stomach pain after eating peanuts, besides avoiding them completely?

Bhai, sometimes peanuts can be very heavy to digest. Drink some warm water or simple fennel seed (saunf) water, it will help soothe the stomach. Please rest for a while and don't eat anything heavy today.

I also felt a mild ache in my stomach after eating roasted peanuts today. Is this a common thing or could it mean that I have a mild allergy to peanuts?

Don't panic, it might just be mild indigestion because peanuts have a lot of fat and fiber. Sip some warm water and lie down for a bit. However, if you develop any skin rashes, itching, or trouble breathing, go to a doctor immediately as that can be an allergic reaction.

I used to ignore stomach cramps after eating peanuts, thinking it was just normal gas, until it turned out to be a proper food sensitivity. Please get a allergy test or consult a doctor if this pain happens every time you eat them.

I also get a heavy stomach if I eat too many peanuts. Drinking warm ginger water helps to ease the gas and pain quickly.

Haan na, peanuts sometimes cause severe gas and stomach bloating. Just drink a little warm water with black salt and cumin powder, it helps a lot. Avoid eating peanuts on an empty stomach next time.
