How to relieve shoulder joint pain?

Lately, my right shoulder joint has been aching quite a bit, making it difficult to lift my arm above my head. My wife suggested some exercises, but they don't seem to help much. How can I relieve this persistent shoulder joint pain?

Don't stress, shoulder pain can happen from something as simple as sleeping in an odd position. Keep your arm rested on a pillow, apply some warm gel, and don't lift anything heavy today. If it still hurts after a couple of days, we will get a professional physiotherapist to look at it.

Shoulder joint stiffness can sometimes interfere with your daily walk and lifestyle, which I need to maintain to keep my blood pressure in check. I make sure to do very light arm rotations to keep the joint mobile and avoid stress. Regular medical checkups help ensure that joint pain isn't a sign of broader inflammation.

My shoulder joint is so stiff today that I can't even reach the top shelf to get my coffee powder, which is a disaster for my sleep-deprived brain! Honestly, a hot water bottle is the only thing keeping me sane. If anyone has a magic cure that doesn't involve moving, please let me know!

With PCOS, I sometimes get general joint inflammation, including in my shoulders. I find that a gentle warm compress helps soothe the area, but I am always very careful not to force any intense stretches. It's always best to be gentle with your joints and ask a doctor if the pain is persistent.

I had the same shoulder pain last month; applying ice for 10 minutes and sleeping on my back with a pillow under my elbow helped a lot.
