How to relieve scoliosis pain at home?

My doctor diagnosed me with mild scoliosis a few years ago, and lately the back pain has been increasing. I want to know if there are some exercises or remedies I can do at home to manage the pain without always needing medication.

Bhai, spine pain is very difficult to tolerate daily. At home, you can apply lukewarm mustard oil mixed with garlic cloves on your back, it helps to soothe the sore muscles. But please don't lift heavy water buckets or bend down suddenly, it can make the spine bend hurt more.

Hey, don't stress too much about your spine, scoliosis is very common and completely manageable! When it hurts at home, just lie down flat on your back and let your body relax, or use a warm heating pad on the sore side. We can look up some gentle yoga poses together that help with posture.

I go to a reputable spine clinic in my city, and my doctor clearly told me that self-stretching for scoliosis without guidance can actually worsen the imbalance. Ask your doctor for a customized home exercise chart based on your X-rays. It is much safer than following generic back exercises from the internet.

I use a posture tracking app and a smart wearable that vibrates whenever I slouch, which has really helped manage my scoliosis discomfort. For home relief, focusing on core strengthening exercises like planks is amazing, but make sure to log your pain levels. Keeping a digital track of what triggers your pain is super helpful.

My family always suggests ayurvedic oils and herbal pastes for any bone or joint pain, which are good for temporary relief. However, since scoliosis involves a physical curvature of the spine, you must trust an orthopedic doctor's advice. They will guide you on the exact exercises that are safe for your specific curve.

Managing scoliosis pain requires a stable daily routine, much like how I manage my high blood pressure. I make sure to do gentle, doctor-approved spine stretches every morning and keep my body weight in check. Getting regular checkups is vital to make sure the spinal curve isn't causing other health issues.

I have lived with a slight spine curve for forty years now, and I can tell you that keeping yourself active is the best medicine. Don't let fear make you sit in one place, as that will only make the back stiffer. Gentle walking and a warm heating pad at night are all you need for daily comfort.
