Neuropathic foot pain is really challenging. Many people find relief with proper foot care – wearing comfortable, supportive shoes, avoiding going barefoot, and checking feet regularly for any cuts or blisters. Also, managing blood sugar levels if you're diabetic is absolutely crucial for nerve health. A doctor will be able to prescribe specific medications for nerve pain if needed.

I can only share what helped me personally, but everyone is different, so please don't take this as advice. For my foot discomfort, I sometimes use a foot massager and try to keep my feet warm. It's more about comfort than a cure, really.

Bhai, neuropathic pain in foot, it sounds very painful. From our village, we use a warm oil massage, like sesame oil, very gently on the feet before sleeping. It helps to relax the muscles. But if it is very bad, then a good doctor in the city can help you better, no?

Neuropathic pain sounds really serious and can make you worry a lot. Are you sure it's neuropathic? It's easy to get anxious thinking about it. Please don't google too much like I do. The best thing is to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor so you know exactly what you're dealing with and can get the right treatment.
