How to relieve lower back pain from constipation immediately?

Since yesterday, I've been having really bad lower back pain, and I think it's because of constipation. It's making it hard to sit or stand comfortably. Is there anything I can do right now to get some relief?

For me, managing constipation is crucial, especially with diabetes, as diet plays a big role. To relieve it quickly, drinking plenty of warm water is essential. Also, eating some high-fiber fruits like pears or prunes can sometimes work fast, but I'm careful with portion sizes due to sugar content. Consult your doctor if it's severe.

Oh, I totally panicked once when I had back pain with constipation, thought it was something serious! But usually, it's just the pressure. Drinking a big glass of warm water, maybe with a little lemon, helps me get things moving. Don't stress too much, it often resolves once you pass motion.

Sometimes a gentle abdominal massage can help. Try rubbing your tummy in a clockwise direction. Also, a warm bath or a heating pad on your lower back can provide some comfort while you wait for things to ease up.

Immediate relief for constipation-related back pain often comes from getting things moving. Hydration is key, drink plenty of water. A short, brisk walk can stimulate your digestive system. Also, sometimes a small amount of black coffee works for some people to kickstart digestion.

Aise mein toh, pehle garam paani piyo, bohot sara. Aur ho sake toh, thoda sa ghee bhi le lo, ghar ka bana hua. Meri dadi bolti thi, isse pet saaf hota hai aur dard bhi kam hota hai. Bahut aaraam milta hai.

For quick relief, focus on hydration and fiber. A warm bath can relax your abdominal muscles and might help things move. If it's really stuck, over-the-counter stool softeners can be considered, but don't overuse them. And obviously, if it's persistent or very painful, see a doctor.

Haan, constipation se back pain is very irritating na? Try having some Isabgol with warm water before sleeping, it often helps by morning. Aur subah uthke, thoda walk kar lo, that also helps get your system going. No need to panic, simple things work.

I'm not a doc, so can't give advice, but from my experience, when I get constipated and have back pain, drinking lots of warm water helps. Sometimes a light warm compress on the lower back feels soothing too. Just sharing what helps me, everyone's different.
