I used to have terrible lower back pain because of my weight, so I know exactly what you're going through. The biggest thing for me was losing even a few kilos, it made a huge difference. Start with small walks, increase gradually. Also, strengthening your core is super important, like planks and simple ab exercises. Don't go for anything too strenuous at first.

My doctor explained that excess weight, especially around the abdomen, pulls the pelvis forward, straining the lower back muscles and spine. He recommended gradual weight loss through a balanced diet and regular, low-impact exercise like swimming or walking. Core strengthening exercises were also key, as they support the spine directly. It's a holistic approach.

Having diabetes means I'm extra careful about weight, as it affects so many things, including back pain. The key is a balanced diet, less processed food, and controlled portions. Even a little weight loss can significantly reduce the pressure on your lower back. Consult with a dietitian for a plan that suits you, it helps a lot.

My son was also having this issue with back pain because of being a little overweight. We focused on getting him to eat more healthy home-cooked food and encouraged him to play outdoors more. Simple things like avoiding sugary drinks and walking to school helped reduce some of the strain. Small changes add up, beta.

Lower back pain from weight, haan? My back screams louder than my alarm some mornings! Honestly, the only 'remedy' that worked for me was actually making an effort to shed some kilos. But yaar, that's easier said than done after a stressful day, right? Maybe a magic pill exists? Just kidding... mostly.

Dekho bhai, back pain from being overweight means you gotta tackle the weight. No shortcuts here. Start with regular walks, even 30 mins a day, and cut down on fried food and sweets. It won't go away overnight, but consistency is key. Your back will thank you.
