How to relieve jaw pain from sinus infection?

I've had a sinus infection for a few days, and now my jaw is hurting, especially under my cheekbones. It's a dull ache but constant. What can I do to relieve this jaw pain that seems to be coming from my sinus infection?

Sinus infection with jaw pain is just awful, I completely understand. The pressure and throbbing can be so debilitating, making it hard to focus on anything. It's truly draining. Don't feel bad about feeling miserable, it's a tough one.

My elders always told me to inhale steam with a few tulasi leaves for sinus relief. It can help clear the blockage, which might reduce your jaw pain. However, for a proper sinus infection, a doctor's antibiotics are very important. Please follow their instructions carefully to get rid of the infection completely.

Sinus-induced jaw pain is a classic. What works for me is a combination: a warm, moist compress on the face to loosen mucus, steam inhalation several times a day, and regular use of a saline nasal spray. Also, make sure you're taking the antibiotics your doctor prescribed for the infection itself. Don't skip them!

For sinus issues causing jaw pain, sometimes gentle pranayama like Anulom Vilom can help clear the passages and reduce pressure. Also, steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil is very soothing. Remember to breathe gently and deeply. These practices can complement your medical treatment.

My son gets severe sinus infections and often complains of jaw pain. His doctor recommends warm compresses on the cheeks and forehead, saline rinses, and making sure he finishes his antibiotic course. Soft foods also help so he doesn't have to chew too much. Hope you get relief soon, it's really tough.
