Honestly, chest pain is not something to mess with. Even if it feels like GERD, only a doctor can properly diagnose. Don't trust internet remedies for this. Please see a specialist ASAP, better safe than sorry.

Oh god, I totally remember that panic! I thought it was heart attack, seriously. But doc said it's just severe GERD. Take an antacid first, sip some cold water and try to stay calm. But yes, get it checked, I still went to ER.

Mere saath bhi same hua tha last month! For quick relief, my doc told me to take a liquid antacid, like Gelusil or Digene. It coats your esophagus. Also, avoid lying down flat for at least 2-3 hours after eating, especially dinner.

Chest pain is always worrying, you must be careful. I have PCOS and my body reacts to stress very differently. While many suggest antacids, I'd say confirm with a doctor if it's GERD or something else first. Self-medication can be risky.

Any kind of chest pain, even if you suspect GERD, warrants a proper medical consultation. Please visit a reputed hospital and get it checked. Don't just rely on general advice here; your doctor will give you the best, specific treatment plan.

Oh, I totally get it, that GERD chest pain is super scary and feels like a heart attack! It's awful. Try to take deep breaths and drink some plain water. If you have an antacid at home, take that. But seriously, please see a doctor soon to rule out anything serious.

Beta, don't worry too much but do take it seriously. I used to get this in my younger days. Usually, it's acidity, but chest pain should never be ignored. Go to a good doctor, they will guide you. Don't self-diagnose from the internet.
