Walking too much can really take a toll. I'd suggest resting your feet, elevating them, and maybe some gentle stretching. If the pain is severe or doesn't go away, it's always best to consult a podiatrist or a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

I feel you! After long runs, my feet are sometimes throbbing. What helps me is a good warm-up and cool-down for my feet, and investing in good quality, supportive walking shoes. Also, staying hydrated and making sure your diet has enough magnesium can help with muscle recovery.

Oh, this happens to me a lot when I travel and walk for hours. I usually just rest, but is there anything specific that helps with the arch pain? I feel it most there.

Ugh, walking pain is the worst, yaar! Don't stress too much, just give your feet some TLC. Try a warm water soak with some salt, or even a nice foot massage. You'll be back to walking in no time!

Please make sure it's just muscle fatigue and not something like plantar fasciitis or a stress fracture. Rest is crucial, but also try gentle stretches. If the pain is really persistent or sharp, better get it checked out by a doc, just to rule out anything serious. Take care of yourself!

Ho na, sometimes we walk so much and then the feet just complain! Try applying some pain relief balm, the menthol ones, they feel nice and cooling. And take a break from walking for a day or two. Listen to your body, haan.

Ghar pe, you can try rolling a frozen water bottle under your foot, it's like an ice massage. Also, make sure your walking shoes have good cushioning. Small things like these make a big difference, honestly.
