Try soaking your feet in warm water with some Epsom salt for about 15-20 minutes. It really helps relax the muscles. Also, maybe wear more comfortable shoes next time, thoda loose waale.

Haan, tight shoes are no fun at all! I always keep a small foot roller or even a tennis ball at home. Just roll your foot over it for a few minutes, it gives a nice massage and improves circulation. And choose shoes carefully, comfort first!

Hmm, this happens to me too sometimes when I wear formal shoes for too long. Does stretching the toes help, or is it more about the sole of the foot? Just trying to understand.

Achha ji, so even your feet are complaining now, haan? Welcome to the club! Try a good foot massage, maybe ask your husband for one, if he's feeling generous. Otherwise, a hot water bag also works wonders. These young fashionistas, what they do for style!

Oh no, foot pain can be so annoying! Make sure you're not getting any nerve compression from those tight shoes. Maybe try elevating your feet a bit too? And check if there's any redness or swelling, just to be safe. Hope you feel better soon.

Foot pain from tight shoes? I wish that was my biggest problem right now, haha. But seriously, kick those shoes off, elevate your feet, and maybe just put an ice pack on them. Anything to numb the pain so I can finally get some sleep!

Hey, it's okay, foot pain from tight shoes is super common. Just take off your shoes as soon as you can, maybe massage your feet gently with some oil. Don't push through the pain, okay? Your feet work hard for you.

Foot pain is definitely uncomfortable. While home remedies like warm soaks can offer temporary relief, if the pain persists or gets worse, it's always good to consult a doctor. Sometimes ill-fitting shoes can lead to other issues too, so be mindful.

Haha, seems like your feet are protesting the fashion choices! Give them a break, yaar. Maybe some gentle foot exercises, or just walking barefoot on grass if you can. Your feet will thank you for the spa day, even if it's just home-made!
