Foot pain from heels is common, but if it's very severe or persistent, don't ignore it. I always say, go to a good orthopaedic doctor. Ask them clearly about proper footwear, stretches, and whether you need custom insoles. Don't just suffer through it, prolonged pain can cause issues.
Heels, huh? Sounds like a good excuse to treat yourself to a nice foot massage and then some really comforting food! 😂 Seriously, though, warm water soak with salt helps. And maybe some gentle foot exercises while munching on some gajar ka halwa? Just don't wear them again too soon!
Ugh, the eternal struggle of looking good vs. feeling good! My feet literally scream after a night in heels. My go-to is soaking them in warm water with some Epsom salt, and then a good foot massage. Also, those gel inserts actually make a huge difference, swear!
I used to panic after every event where I wore heels because my feet would hurt so much, I thought I was damaging them permanently! But it's usually just muscle fatigue and inflammation. Elevating your feet, an ice pack, and some gentle stretches always bring relief. It's temporary, don't worry too much.
From my experience, the best thing is to take off the heels immediately! Then, elevate your feet for a while. I also found that stretching my toes and ankles gently, and then a cool foot soak, really helped. This is just what worked for me, not advice for everyone.
Please don't ignore severe foot pain from heels. I used to think it was normal, but constant heel wearing led to bunions and persistent arch pain that needed physio. Rest your feet properly, elevate them, and definitely avoid heels for a while. If pain continues, see a podiatrist or orthopaedic doc.

Oh my god, I literally just went through this last week after a wedding! My feet were killing me. What worked wonders was soaking them in warm water with Epsom salts, then using a foot roller (a tennis ball also works!) to massage the arches. And lots of moisturizer and soft socks before bed. Total relief!
Foot pain from heels might seem minor, but prolonged pressure can lead to serious issues like plantar fasciitis or even stress fractures. I had complications due to ignoring foot pain for too long. If the pain is severe, accompanied by swelling, or doesn't go away with rest, please see an orthopaedic surgeon. Don't take chances with your feet.
