How to relieve elbow pain from lifting?

I've been working out more and lifting weights, but now my elbow is really hurting, especially after a session. This elbow pain from lifting is making it hard to continue. Any advice?

Elbow pain from lifting can be a sign of tendonitis or something more serious. It's always best to get it checked by a doctor or a physiotherapist first. Don't just assume it will go away; early diagnosis can prevent it from becoming chronic.

Oh no, elbow pain from lifting! That really spoils the mood, doesn't it? Can't even properly hold your chai or your favourite plate of biryani. 😂 For now, rest is key. And maybe some good anti-inflammatory food, like ginger and turmeric, can help with the inflammation a little. But see a doc if it doesn't get better.

Elbow pain from lifting is super common, I totally get it, it can be so annoying and limit what you can do. It's often due to overuse or wrong technique. Rest is crucial, along with ice packs. But if it's severe or persistent, a physio can help a lot with proper exercises.

Namaste. Elbow pain from lifting can be quite persistent. My elders used to suggest gentle hot oil massage, but for something like this, it's safer to consult a doctor. It might be 'tennis elbow' or similar. Rest is important, and they can suggest appropriate exercises or medication.

Man, I literally just recovered from this a couple of months ago! It was so annoying. My physio gave me some specific stretches and told me to rest, ice it regularly, and use a compression sleeve. And most importantly, check your lifting technique! That made the biggest difference for me. Don't push it too soon.

Elbow pain from lifting usually indicates incorrect form or too much load. Track your workouts and pain levels in a fitness app to identify patterns. For relief, R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) method is good. Also, consider using an elbow brace for support during recovery. But if pain persists, a sports physician is best.

Dude, I got that sometimes after lifting heavy stuff at the gym. It's usually 'cause I overdid it or my form was bad. I just chill for a few days, ice it, and stretch really well before next time. If it's really bad though, definitely see a physio or a sports doc, don't mess around with joints.
