Ho na, sometimes after sinus rinse, ear pain can happen if water gets trapped. Try gently tilting your head to the side and wiggling your earlobe to help drain it. A warm compress on the ear can also provide some comfort, haan na.

Dude, I've had that exact thing happen! It feels like water is stuck inside. What worked for me was chewing gum vigorously for a bit, it helps open up the Eustachian tube. Also, a warm towel over the ear was soothing. It usually subsides in a few hours.

Sometimes, light activity like a short walk can help with drainage by increasing circulation, but be gentle. You can also try gentle jaw movements. If the pain is severe or persists, it's crucial to consult an ENT as there might be a blockage or irritation.

You can try tracking if it happens consistently after rinses. For immediate relief, some apps guide through breathing exercises that help open up Eustachian tubes. Also, ensure the water temperature for your rinse is lukewarm, not too cold or hot, as shown by some health trackers.

Ear pain after a sinus rinse often means some fluid got into the ear tube. Try the Valsalva maneuver gently (pinch nose, close mouth, blow gently). Also, lying on the affected side might help drain it. A warm, dry compress can give comfort. If it doesn't improve, see a doctor.
