Stress-induced chest pain is very common. Deep breathing exercises can provide immediate relief.

Ah, the good old 'stress-induced heart attack simulation.' Been there, done that, got the imaginary T-shirt. Honestly, for me, just accepting it's stress and not a real heart attack helps a bit. Then, maybe a hot cup of chai and pretending to meditate. If it's too much, see a doc, my friend, don't suffer.

Haan, stress se toh chest mein dard hota hi hai, mere saath bhi hua hai. Ek baar laga heart attack hai! Par it's mostly muscle tension. Thoda walk kar lo ya music sun lo jo pasand ho. Yaar, deep breathing try karo, kaafi relief milta hai. Aur zyada ho toh doc ko dikhana.

I just dealt with this after a crazy work week. My chest felt so tight. What really helped was taking 15 minutes to do some guided meditation, just focusing on my breath. Also, stepping away from screens and doing something completely different, like cooking, helped distract me and ease the tension. Hang in there!

While diet isn't a direct cure for stress-related chest pain, eating light, wholesome, and unprocessed foods can positively impact your overall well-being, which in turn helps manage stress. Avoid caffeine and sugary foods if possible, as they can sometimes exacerbate anxiety. A healthy gut definitely helps a calm mind.
