Hmm, buttock pain from sitting is common. While direct food won't fix it, ensure your diet is anti-inflammatory with lots of fruits, veggies, and good fats like ghee or nuts. It helps with overall body health and recovery. And keep yourself hydrated always!

Hey, sitting for long hours can definitely cause that! I had something similar from my WFH setup. My physio suggested frequent short breaks, stretching, and a good ergonomic cushion. But if it's severe or persistent, please get it checked by a doctor, they can give proper diagnosis and exercises.

Yeah, same here with the buttock pain. Try using a donut cushion, it can really help take the pressure off.

Namaste. Sometimes our body just needs a little more care and attention. Don't let the pain get you down, but do listen to what your body is telling you. Maybe some gentle stretching or a short walk will help. And remember to stay positive, it makes a difference.

Oh, I totally get this! I've tried everything for this kind of pain. What helped me most was alternating between sitting and standing, and doing some gentle glute stretches every hour. A warm compress on the area also gives good temporary relief.
